Shell to shop. This one has the whole story in the photographs — bare concrete and blockwork, services first fix, ceilings, feature lighting, then a finished store trading behind a branded hoarding that never came down until it did.
Delivered inside a live shopping centre. Every delivery out of hours, through service corridors, around a mall full of shoppers.
